What’s changing?

Enrollment for market alerts, including cash bids and grain offer notifications, is now within the MyCHS customer app. This transition allows you to manage your preferences, receive timely updates, and access additional features – all in one convenient platform.

How to get started

To continue receiving market alerts, you’ll need to register for MyCHS. Once registered, you can customize your notification preferences for texts or emails to stay informed about the updates that matter most to you.

Need help enrolling in market alerts on MyCHS?

If you’re already registered with MyCHS but need assistance setting up your market alert preferences, we’re here to help! MyCHS allows you to customize how and when you receive updates, ensuring you stay informed about cash bids, grain offers, and other critical market information.

With just a few simple steps in the MyCHS app, you can set your preferences for text or email notifications and start receiving timely updates tailored to your needs.

1. Login to your MyCHS account.
2. Click the account icon the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on Settings and within Communication Preferences, confirm your email phone number are correct.
   • You can then check both boxes to receive cash bid texts and emails.
   • Next, check the boxes for which locations you wish to receive texts and emails from.
4. Review your information and submit.

If you’re not currently a CHS customer but would like to continue receiving market alert texts and/or emails, please contact your local CHS grain office to get signed up. Our team is happy to assist you with the process.
